Simply fill in the names of the VIP Guests that you would like Jazz for Peace to honor and reward at this event in the Box located at the bottom of your WIN GRANT FORM, then add this essential WIN GRANT FORM to your Jazz for Peace (2 Page) GRANT APPLICATION FORM along with the chosen date for your event (see page 2) and you too can obtain funding – in some instances as high as $500,000.00!

It’s easy to finish the application process and achieve funding from the Jazz for Peace Foundation. The following step outlines how our funding process works.

Send the customized letter to anyone you feel would respond favorably. Keep in mind that you and others who email this letter to supporters, friends, family etc. will want to speak with them in person or by phone to make sure they received the email (and it didn’t get caught in their junk mail or spam filter), and reviewed the information. While speaking with them be sure to determine if they will help promote this event by inviting their friends to be VIPs as well.

You will then get an email notification of each person who signs up by clicking on the SIGNUP LINK located in their letter. You may now list each committed VIP name on your WIN GRANT Form. When you have your list of names you will be ready to Submit your WIN-GRANT form.

You have now reached the FINAL STEP – your Jazz for Peace (2 Page) GRANT APPLICATION FORM.

Here you will be able to provide the EXPANDED list of your VIP Base on Page 1 along with the chosen date for your event (1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice in your order of preference) on page 2 and also tell us which one (or combination) of our Proven Fundraising Techniques you will use to confirm your event quickly. We will then be able to submit these two forms for Grant approval enabling you to go ahead and collect the funds from your VIP Guests of Honor for their pair of discount tickets each so that you can confirm your event “With funds already raised for you!” quickly thereby helping us “Plant the ROOTS of your Empowerment Tree”. With the roots firmly in place we can now grow all of the additional branches towards making this event one of our greatest Jazz for Peace Events ever!
